Michelle N. Eiler

Michelle Eiler

Michelle N. Eiler was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University, receiving a B.S. in Journalism and minor in psychology. Before attending law school, Michelle was the Criminal Deputy Clerk at South Euclid Municipal Court. At the municipal court, assisting the public with criminal and traffic cases ignited her passion to advocate for the accused. Michelle then attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where her interest in social justice and serving the public solidified. While there, she was a member of the National Moot Court Team, technology and staff editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, and served as President of the Public Interest Law Foundation. She also gained experience representing clients in Franklin County Municipal Court through the Criminal Defense Clinic.

Michelle believes in an aggressive and thorough defense for all of her clients. She is known for being a vigorous advocate both in the courtroom and through her strong writing style. Michelle recognizes that the legal system can be intimidating and will ensure that her clients fully understand each proceeding. She remains in close contact with clients from the start through completion of their cases.

Outside of practicing law, Michelle is an avid sports fan, volunteers at the Capital Area Humane Society, and loves to travel.
