Columbus Ohio Man Drunk Driving Confession - “I Killed a Man” and my defense

Ask any criminal defense attorney knowledgeable about defending DUI ‘s / OVI ‘s and until last week, they would tell you about the “three don’ts” to which all drunk drivers should adhere:

(1) Don’t answer any of the officer’s questions during his roadside interrogation-your answers will be incriminating;
(2) Don’t perform field sobriety tests-you will be unable to perform these impossible exercises; and
(3) Don’t take tests to measure blood alcohol content-you will fail.

Well, those “don’ts” were sufficient from time immemorial. Now, with social media and You Tube, there is a fourth “don’t” to be added to the list:

(4) After driving drunk, causing an accident, killing several people, don’t all of sudden get a conscience, confess your crime, and then broadcast it on You Tube for the world to view. That makes you case slightly more difficult to defend! Watch the following video, with Matt Cordle of Columbus Ohio and you’ll see what I mean.
